Research Experience:
Shouxiang Wang received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2001. He is currently a professor and the Deputy Director of Department of Electrical Engineering in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at Tianjin University, China. He is also the Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Smart Grid of Ministry of Education at Tianjin University. He won the New Century Excellent Talents in University Award, Ministry of Education, China. And won the Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation Award for Outstanding Young Teachers in Universities of China. He is a senior member of the IEEE, a member of Power Systems Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering (CSEE) and a member of Energy Storage Special Committee of The Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China(CIESC). He is on the editorial board for Chinese Journal of Electric Power Automation Equipment, Chinese Journal of Science and Technology of Energy Storage System, Chinese Journal of Distribution & Utilization, Chinese Journal of Distributed Energy.
